Olena: As far as I know,
you dream of becoming a Victoria Secret model some day. What
motivates you?
Brittney: I love modeling of
all kinds, but I've always looked up to the Victoria
Secret's models for inspiration and I love shopping
there!
Olena: How old were you
when you started modeling?
Brittney: 16
Olena: Brittney, you are
very hard working and looking at the huge work you have already
done in modeling I can't help asking the next question: what
do you see yourself doing when your modeling career is over? Do
you have any other plans or dreams?
Brittney: I've always
wanted to do something with the CSI agency, some kind of
forensics work.
Olena: Wow, this is
impressive! Could you name 3 most important people in your
life?
Brittney:
1. My mom. She supports me in everything I do and she's
always there for me, to help me organize, help me make decisions
on shoots and job offers and I don't know what I'd do
without her!
2. My big brother. He's always looked out for me and he is my
biggest supporter and keeps me level headed during tough times
and good times!
3. My boyfriend Casey. He too supports me and is so proud for me
to be out there trying to achieve my goals!
Olena: What is your
favorite joke?
Brittney: Ummmmm. I'm a
huge quote person, more so than jokes, but I do like to hear a
good one that makes me belly laugh!
Olena: Oh, no, I am not
giving up on that one. What's your favorite quote?
Brittney: There are soooo
many. Every time I read one, it seems to touch me in a different
way to inspire me. I'm not even sure who wrote this one, but
this means a lot to me: "Accept nobody's definition of
life, define it yourself."
Olena: Have you ever been
nervous before a photo shoot or a show? If yes, what is your best
advice to other girls out there who are just starting modeling as
to how to manage stress and anxiety? Do you have any special
tricks of your own?
Brittney: Oh yes. I've
been nervous! I just try to get inside my head and either focus
on a certain person or certain object and kind of have an out of
body experience like I'm there, but I'm not. That's
why I like my mom to be with me, I can look at her and feel
relaxed and not feel as much pressure.
